With your ticket to Belgian Beer World, an interactive space located in the Brussels Stock Exchange Palace, you can immerse yourself in the history of Belgian beer production—a must for beer aficionados everywhere! 

During the tour, travel through the tradition of more than 100 Belgian breweries. From small family businesses to large-scale enterprises learn the fascinating stories of the brewing families. Uncover the secrets behind the brewing process and be amazed by the variety of the country's beers.

And, of course, no visit would be complete without a tasting of everyone's favorite drink! Round out your experience with 1 beer sampling, and put the perfect finishing touch on your visit.

Belgian Beer Zones

  • Zone 1: Did you know that Belgium has more beer brands than any other country in the world? In this introductory space, discover why Belgian beer culture has been declared an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.
  • Zone 2: In this room, discover new techniques, combinations, and technologies used to brew beer, and how it is balanced with its roots and tradition.
  • Zone 3: Beer is produced from wheat, hops, water, and yeast, but the process is not so simple. In this zone jump inside the brewer's mind for a dive into pure creativity!
  • Zone 4: What makes Belgian beers truly exceptional? The answer can be found in the fermentation tank—where chemistry becomes magic! The Belgian brewing process is the only one in the world that uses four types of fermentation, resulting in many varieties and unparalleled flavors.
  • Zone 5: Hundreds of flavors and aromas, colors, shapes of glasses, types of beer... We could say that the world of Belgian beer is almost infinite. In this space, explore new flavors and perhaps find your new favorite beer.

Belgian Beer World opens Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am and 5:30 pm.

Special Opening Times

  • December 24: final admission is at 3 pm.
  • December 25: closed
  • December 26: open at the normal opening hours.
  • December 31: final admission is at 3 pm.
  • January 1: closed.

Bruxella 1238: Archaeological Museum

With this ticket, you'll also have access to the Bruxella 1238 archaeological site on the same day as your visit to Belgian Beer World.

At this site, you'll explore 1000 years of Brussels' history. You'll get to visit the remains of a Franciscan convent, built at this location during the first half of the 13th century. A true journey back in time!
