Buen día!! Reporto queja de pasajeros a la agencia de viajes: El guía que les toco, solo es dio un tour de 1.5 con información muy básica. Sintieron que improviso. Les preguntaba lo mismo varias veces y les respondia lo mismo igual muchas veces. La percepción de los pasajeros, es que andaba en vivo. Me enviaron fotos de que se durmio en el vehículo. El tour fue promedio, para su valor… el chofer no hablaba nuestro idioma y el guia turistico era sordo, no escuchaba bien nuestras preguntas y se pegaba mucho para poder hablar, es incómodo con el tema del covid, nacho fue muy amable y el chofer también, pero por la cantidad de precio que pagamos era para recibir otRos estandares de servicio.
