Abbiamo acquistato la Brussel Card , nel voucher e nella email di conferma c'è scritto che non serve andare nei punti di informazione turistica per farsi stampare la tessera perchè basta avere il voucher. Non è vero. Siamo dovuti andare in uno dei punti di informazione e farcela stampare perchè serve il qr code, l' ID number non è sufficiente. Una volta ricevuta la tessera è molto facile accedere ai musei.

Gli orari di apertura dei luoghi da visitare, così come le modalità di prenotazione in ognuno di essi, sono stabiliti dal gestore di ciascuno di essi. Ci scusiamo per gli eventuali disagi che ciò può causare.

Ciao, io mi sono trovata bene con il servizio, è stato facile e veloce da attivare. Il prezzo mi è sembrato giusto comprendendo 49 attrazioni e i mezzi. Avrei preferito se ci fosse stata la possibilità di fare una card comprendente attrazioni, mezzi e atomium dato che è una delle attrazioni principali. Inoltre sulla guida c'era scritto che il museo della birra era aperto tutti i giorni ma quando sono andata di domenica era chiuso. A parte questo la mia esperienza è stata molto buona.

No entran en ella muchos museos interesantes como el mini europe o el atomium. No tenerlo en formato digital en pleno siglo xxi es un retraso. Se me olvidó el papel que me dan y aún dando mi dni y nombre tuve que volver a mi hotel a buscar el dichoso folio para poder entrar en un museo

No pude aprovecharla tanto como quise. Aconsejaría coger la de 48h, ya que los museos abren a las 10 y cierran a las 17.00/18.00 horas dejar la zona del Atonium para el final. J'avais réservé par internet ma carte 48h pour plus de facilité. On ne m'a pas fourni de QR code avec le mail et j'ai été obligé d'aller à l'office du tourisme d'aller la chercher. Bénéfice en temps déplorable! La prochaine fois je ne la prendrai plus sur internet si toutefois j'en reprend une. cordialement

O cartão não inclui transportes (teria que pagar mais o que resolvi comprando um cartão e carregando-o com viagens) Quanto aos museus - à exceção do Magritte et do museu dos Instrumentos musicais - os outros são bastante fracos e têm muito pouco interesse - e, tendo em conta o que pagámos, eu esperava mais.

The Brussels card offered us the chance of a wonderful experience, having all the information at hand it was easy to choose the museums and attractions we were more interested in. But it was surprisingly more time wasting than expected to collect the card bought online. The staff urged to have a printed confirmation email (nothing like this was mentioned on the site) the digital proof was not enough. Fortunately they were very kind and understanding and helped us to overpass the obstacle.

Es un tanto burocratico y no cubre las 72 hs de transporte. Deberia poder descargarse en el celular. Totalmente inadecuado q se pida un vouchet impreso a viajeros, es obvio q no tenemos impresora!!!!
