Normal.Muy poco tiempo para tomar algo en ruta ,pues al empezar a las 8 y ser fin de semana , no dio tiempo a desayunar en hotel. Por otra parte tras hacer el crucero por los canales que termino 13:30 en las 3 horas restantes hasta volver al bus se debería poder optar a tour guiado por Amsterdam aunque lo realizarán otros guías.Antonio el guía y Angélica la conductora muy bien. Estuvo bien, pero cuando paramos en la ida en una estación casi nos dejan a mi y varias personas que aún estábamos ahí, nos dieron 10 minutos y apenas nos pasamos algunos minutos y nos iban a dejar ahí. Tendrían que mejorar el servicio y dar un aviso. Al final del tour la gente tenía miedo que nos dejaran por lo que nos limitamos a que actividades hacer no vaya a ser que nos dejaran en Ámsterdam. Todo esto fue el chofer, la muchacha del tour era bien y amable

Unas horas antes nos avisan que nos cambian el tour por un paseo en barco. Cómo fue con tan poca antelación no nos dio tiempo a ver alguna alternativa por lo que decidimos ir igualmente. Aunque no fuese lo acordado el paseo en barco es agradable. El guía regular, ya que no se preocupaba mucho por el grupo.

No la recomendaría, la guia no explico nada durante el trayecto, solo en el barco, y al hablar en dos idiomas se pierde la esencia porque no explica las cosas en el momento que toca, lo que hizo que amsterdam no me gustara, ni a mis ni al resto del grupo con el que lo comentamos. Un fracaso. Ayer una maravilla la visita y el guia un 10, hoy en cambio un 0.
